When I had my first appointment with Susan more than 10 years ago, my hair was not in great shape. I'd been coloring my hair at home for several years. The texture was thin, fine and dry. I'd lost quite a bit of hair from medication side effects and after a time when Susan suggested implants I followed through with a recommended doctor. Thru the years Susan has always looked for better products to help her clients look better and feel better. To use only products that would have a minimum to no effect to the quality of our hair. When my hair started to fall out and I developed a scalp problem Susan went to a seminar and came back with an organic product that cleared my problem in a couple of months. In that time I had to resort to wearing hair pieces or wigs and Susan was right there to help with the styling or coloring and cutting. My hair is still straight and thin but the products she is using are organic, wonderful and my hair is strong and in great condition. Susan's expertise in cutting hair depending on the quality and texture plus the fact that Susan is so dedicated to keeping my hair in the best condition it has ever been will always keep me coming back to her.
